The collegian schools ar the faculty of Letters and Science; Henry Samueli college of Engineering and discipline (HSSEAS); college of the humanities and Architecture; college of Theater, Film and Television; and faculty of Nursing. Thirteen Nobel laureates, one Fields Medalist, and 3 Alan Turing Award winners are college, researchers, or alumni. Among this college members, fifty five are nonappointive to the National Academy of Sciences, twenty eight to the National Academy of Engineering, thirty-nine to the Institute of medication, and 124 to the yankee Academy of Arts and Sciences. The university was nonappointive to the Association of yankee Universities in 1974.

UCLA student-athletes contend because the Bruins within the Pac-12 Conference. The Bruins have won 126 national championships, together with 113 NCAA team championships, quite the other university.
